Mr. Nishimura is Principal Engineer of the firm and has over 42 years of civil engineering experience as design engineer, project manager and Principal-in-charge for numerous planning, programming and design projects for water and wastewater systems, site development, subdivision and highway design.
Mr. Nishimura’s professional experience includes hydraulics, hydrology and computer applications, with a focus on computer aided drafting & design (CADD) and geographical information systems (GIS). His work experience extends to infrastructure master planning engineering and design, environmental studies (assessments and impact statements), and preparing construction plans, specifications and cost estimates. He has specialized experience in trenchless engineering with pipeline projects involving horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and microtunneling.
