Mr. Muraoka is Vice-President of the firm and has 12 years of civil engineering
experience as the project engineer for numerous civil design projects,
including water and wastewater systems, site development, and highway
design. His specialty is in civil works projects, and his work experience

plans, specifications, environmental permits, and cost estimates. Prior
